Every Tuesday morning at 06:30, we have our weekly Bakery Run, starting and ending at the beloved South Yeaster Bakery. These are all road runs (cross-training is important!), with our usual route offering us a hilly, winding run along Chapman's Peak Drive as the sun rises over the valley. Once a month, we do a 5km time trial around the block passing the beach, offering you a chance to track and measure your progress on a flat and fast track.
If you join for the Bakery Runs, then please stick around with us afterwards as we take advantage of the exclusive Leopards coffee + croissant special from South Yeaster, who are world-renowned for their pastries.
